1. Introduction

This contract applies to champs.app, associated branded applications, and related digital services. You may terminate the relationship by closing your account and discontinuing use.

This User Agreement covers the champs.app website, mobile applications, communications, and other services bearing the Champs App brand. Data collection activities related to these services also fall under this agreement.

2. Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Rights and Limits

Champs App grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended. Content you post remains yours, but you grant Champs App a license to use it within the platform.

4. Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Champs App shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Account termination results in immediate cessation of service rights.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7. General Terms

Non-enforcement of any provision does not constitute waiver. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain effective. Champs App reserves the right to modify terms with at least 15 days' notice for material changes.
