Champs App respects intellectual property rights and strives to maintain a platform free from infringing content. The company requires members to post only accurate, lawful information that does not violate third-party rights.
Copyright Infringement Claims
Per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), users claiming copyright infringement must submit a written notice containing:
- Authorization signature from the copyright owner or their representative
- Description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
- Location of infringing material on the website
- Submitter's contact information (email, address, phone)
- Good faith statement that the use lacks authorization
- Sworn statement under penalty of perjury confirming notice accuracy

Counter-Notice Procedure
Users may contest removal by submitting a counter-notice per DMCA sections 512(g)(2)-(3), including:
- Physical or electronic signature
- Identification of removed material
- Sworn statement that removal was erroneous or material was misidentified
- Full contact information and jurisdiction consent statement
